The name “Dirty Fish” isn’t just catchy; it’s the heart of our menu. It comes from our signature Salt-Grilled Sea Bass, prepared using the traditional Thai method of grilling over open charcoal. Dirty Fish Beach Bistro was born from a desire to share this authenticity. Nestled on the stunning shores of Lanta Island, we wanted to create a space that celebrates the ocean’s bounty and the richness of Thai cuisine.
