The name “Dirty Fish” isn’t just catchy; it’s the heart of our menu. It comes from our signature Salt-Grilled Sea Bass, prepared using the traditional Thai method of grilling over open charcoal. This technique creates a rustic, perfectly charred crust that locks in the smoky, succulent flavors of the fresh catch. It’s authentic, it’s real, and it represents the soul of our cooking.

Dirty Fish Beach Bistro was born from a desire to share this authenticity. Nestled on the stunning shores of Lanta Island, we wanted to create a space that celebrates the ocean’s bounty and the richness of Thai cuisine.
